Project Ojibwa - The Journey Begins

The new home for the H.M.C.S. Ojibwa will be in Port Burwell it was decided on August 14th 2010. The mayor of Port Burwell Lynn Acre was in full support of the project now the hard work lies ahead on actually getting the ship there and doing something with it. My guess is that the euphoria will die down quickly after they get the sub and realize that there is no plan or money to fix it up and make it into a viable museum. My hope is that it works out however I remain skeptical due to the lack of information on how this project will proceed once the Ojibwa is firmly in place at her new home.
